Dinner and Drinks Reception Partner
The investment price for the much-anticipated Drinks and Dinner Reception on Tuesday 5th November 2024 is £8,500 plus VAT and will include:

• Opportunity to give a 5-minute welcome speech before dinner.
• Listed as “in partnership with Polaris 2024 “ on all conference branding within the drinks reception area.
• Partnership branding on the table menu.
• Opportunity to include additional branding and signage throughout the drinks reception area.
• Exclusive branding on digital screens within the drinks reception area.
• Partnership recognised within all conference marketing materials and conference programme.
• Company name, logo and profile featured on the conference website with links to your company website.
• Partnership recognised in electronic mailings.
• Two conference delegate places for company representatives.
• Two Drinks and Dinner Reception invites for company representatives.
• Half-page profile with logo in the delegate programme.
• Opportunity to provide a corporate table gift for each delegate (to be provided by the supplier).

Early Career Engineer Competition

This competition was introduced to encourage emerging engineering talent to showcase their work. For an investment price of £5000 plus VAT, you will be given:

• Opportunity to give a 5-minute speech congratulating all finalists and presentation of prizes.
• Listed as “in partnership with Polaris 2024“ on conference branding.
• Branding on digital screens within the reception area.
• Partnership recognised within all conference marketing materials and conference programme.
• Company name, logo and profile featured on the conference website with links to your company website.
• Partnership recognised in electronic mailings.
• Half-page profile with logo in the delegate programme.
